Styles taught in Folk Master
Dabke
One of the most widespread folklore styles from the East, throughout the world. A style with an imposing presence and strong movements.
Saidi
Egyptian folklore is the most detailed and historically rich. Without this style, perhaps belly dancing wouldn’t have become so widespread.
Nubian
A light, joyful, and contagious dance. A very important style for understanding the technical foundations of Middle Eastern folk dances.
Mambouty
Folklore from eastern Egypt, heavily influenced by European and American dances.
